Watch: World’s oldest dog has party to celebrate 31st birthday
Meet Bobi, who at 31 years old is the oldest dog in the world, according to Guinness World Records.
Bobi lives in the Portuguese village of Conqueiros, where about 100 people recently came together to celebrate his landmark birthday.
The old boy is 217 in “dog years” and his owner, Leonel, said he never imagined any of his pets would ever get into their 30s.
Leonel believes living in the countryside and eating homemade food may be a factor in Bobi’s longevity.
