Frugal university student shares tea bag hack that saves her hundreds of pounds
A frugal university student has revealed how she saves money on a daily basis and shared tea bag and milk hacks.
To ease the burden of her university costs - which sees her rake out £9,250-a-year for her course - Isabella Drake, 22, has adopted some money-saving hacks.
The Leeds University student batch-cooks all of her meals. She also brings her own tea bags with her on campus and buys a 30p cup of hot water to stop her forking out £2.40 for a cup of tea.
Isabella has also learned how to make her own oat milk for tea and cereal, saving around £60 a month.
