Passenger claims £1,000 worth of luggage missing after suitcase ‘lost’ for two months despite AirTag tracking
A passenger has claimed that £1,000 ($1,200) worth of her items went missing after an airline “lost” her luggage for two months despite an AirTag showing it was at an airport.
Sarah Waite, 25, says she travelled from Los Angeles to Athens with a layover in Paris but when she landed in Greece she was told her luggage would arrive later.
When she went to pick it up, the nurse claims Air France staff told her they didn’t have it despite the AirTag showing its location at the airport.
Upon retrieval, Waite says £1,000 worth of items was missing.
Air France did not respond to an SWNS request for comment.
