Each episode of Lars von Trier’s The Kingdom: Exodus is ‘like an arthouse film’ | Binge or Bin
Binge or Bin’s Jacob Stolworthy has been watching cult hospital horror The Kingdom: Exodus, and describes each episode “like an arthouse film”.
The long-awaited third season of the cult series, created by Lars von Trier in 1994, opens with new character Karen Svensson (Bodil Jorgensen) watching The Kingdom series before making her way to the hospital where she is informed that those characters were fictional creations of Von Trier.
Jacob acknowledges the bizarre, supernatural elements of the cult series, and says Exodus is “the most unique” of all the shows he’s reviewed on Binge or Bin.
