Royal Variety Performance 2023 first look: Hannah Waddingham and Cher dazzle on stage

Hannah Waddingham and Cher both take to the stage in a first-look clip at this year’s Royal Variety Performance.

Paloma Faith, Rick Astley, Zara Larsson and McFly also feature in the star-studded line-up at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

The Prince and Princess of Wales were present at the show, which was recorded earlier this month.

In a preview clip for the Royal Variety, Waddingham performs a stunning rendition of the classic carol “O Holy Night”.

Cher, meanwhile, belted out her latest festive hit, “DJ Play a Christmas Song”.

The Royal Variety Performance will be broadcast on Sunday 17 December at 8pm on ITV.
