Princess Eugenie tells Theresa May exactly what she thinks of her in straight-talking interview
Princess Eugenie hailed former prime minister Theresa May as “incredible and cool” during an interview with her on modern slavery.
The late Queen’s granddaughter visited Mrs May in her parliamentary office in the House of Commons for The Anti-Slavery Collective’s Floodlight podcast
Mrs May has dedicated much of her political career to tackling slavery in the UK and overseas.
Eugenie tells her: “Can I just say that when you said ‘When I was PM I went to Nigeria, that is so cool that you were prime minister and that was your biggest thing. I just wanted to say that. That is awesome that you were championing this as prime minister.”
