Glastonbury reveller sets up living room in middle of festival: ‘Best time of my life’
A Glastonbury reveller described the festival as “one of the best times of my life” as he set up his living room in the middle of Worthy Farm.
Crowds flocked to this year’s event, in Somerset, as the gates officially opened on Wednesday 26 June.
A drum and bass DJ who goes by the name “Bob the Blender” was one of the first people through the gates to set up camp.
“We’re lucky enough to have connections to the dairy farmers here at Worthy Farm. We get access to the farmhouse so we can keep the sofas there,” he said.
“When it hits 6am on Wednesday, we bring them all down and get a nice living room going. Everyone walks past, jealous as hell.”
