Amy Dowden breaks down as JB Gill scores first 10 with replacement partner
Strictly Come Dancing’s Amy Dowden broke down in tears as JB Gill scored his first 10 with replacement partner Lauren Oakley on Saturday, 2 November.
The JLS singer’s professional partner was unable to participate in week seven’s show after being taken to hospital from the BBC show’s production centre last week as a precaution after she began feeling unwell.
Oakley stood in for her, performing a Bruno Mars medley with Gill for a score of 39.
A visibly emotional Dowden looked on with tears in her eyes as Gill and Oakley received their points.
