Watch live as Native Americans rally at White House for the environment
A large group of Native Americans and supporters of environment advocacy organizations are holding a rally near the White House on Monday (11 October).
The organizing group – People vs Fossil Fuels – has advised its supporters that many of them may get arrested for attending the event.
This is the start of a week of planned action to try and force the Biden administration to take more extreme steps in the country’s effort to curb carbon emissions and put a stop to fossil fuel-based projects.
