With tourism to emerging markets recovering faster than many mainstream destinations, airports in the regions will get some recognition for the services that they offer this week. Armani's hotel at the Burj Khalifa is now set for a April 27 opening.

Originally intended to open in March, the world's first Armani hotel set in the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, is now set to open after the ash clears on April 27. With rooms and interiors designed by Giorgio Armani, the firm promises that this is the first of a set of global exclusive resorts - a second is due to open in Milan this spring.
