A new rash of luxury hotels opens up, starting on Tuesday with the Royal Spa Kitzbuhel ( kitzbuehelroyalspa.com ), a chic retreat in the Tyrolean winter sports resort; and the Viceroy Anguilla ( viceroyanguilla.com ), a collection of beach villas on the west end coast.
