The trip starts in Bangkok on 23 March (flights extra), moves through rural Thailand, pedals into Cambodia with a trip to Siem Reap and the temples of Angkor, before crossing into Vietnam to take in the Mekong, a floating market at Cai Be and finally Ho Chi Minh City, where the tour ends. Easter escape
