The world’s first glasses-free 3D, eye-tracking monitor
LG is the first to the market with a glassesless 3D monitor with built-in eye-tracking technology. The 20" D2000 monitor uses a combination of parallax barrier and eye-tracking to create a 3D viewing experience that is ideal for watching movies and images and playing games in 3D. The D2000 monitor will be available in Korea later this month. It will be available in other markets around the globe in late 2011. No word on pricing.

The thinnest full QWERTY smartphone arrives in the US
The third generation of Motorola's popular Android-powered Droid smartphone (also known as the Milestone in Europe) has landed in the US. The dual-core Droid 3 boasts a 4" qHD display and an expansive 5-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The handset runs on Google's Android 2.3 mobile operating system and has an 8MP camera with 1080p video recording, 3G mobile hotspot connectivity to provide internet to up to five WiFi-enabled devices, and a Mirror Mode that lets you share photos and videos with a larger display. The Droid 3 is available online now for $199.99 on a two-year contract or in Verizon Wireless stores from July 14.

The first eReader to integrate Google’s eBooks store
Google and consumer electronics manufacturer iriver joined forces to create the first Google eBooks-integrated eReader, the iriver Story HD. The eBook reader is the first to fully integrate Google's open eBooks platform, giving readers access to up to 3 million free eBooks. The Story HD is lightweight (207g) and slim (9.3mm) and comes with a built-in QWERTY keyboard. It has the world’s first high resolution XGA (768x1024) 6" e-ink screen that displays up to 63 percent more pixels than its SVGA screen counterparts. The battery lasts up to six weeks on one charge. The iriver Story HD eReader will be available in the US from July 17 for $139.99.

The ASUS-Automobili Lamborghini VX7 has come speeding onto the UK market, giving fans of the iconic Italian (but now German-owned) brand the opportunity to own a piece of the grand touring tradition, without the million dollar price tag. The laptop offers a distinctive outer-casing design, a 15.6" display, dual 750GB hard drives and quad-core 2nd generation Intel Core i7 processors and dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M graphics. The laptop is priced at £1,999 (€2265) and is available now from Anvika or Amazon.
A budget-friendly Android smartphone to keep your wallet happy
Motorola Mobility has released a smartphone that caters to cost-conscious consumers, the bright and budget-friendly XT316. The BlackBerry-esque XT316 features a full QWERTY keyboard, a 2.8" QVGA touchscreen display, a 3MP camera, an FM radio with RDS support, WiFi, GPS and up to eight hours of talk time. The XT316 is available now in China for 1,498 RMB (€165). A mid-July release is planned for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Latin America (as the Motorola SPICE Key). The handset will arrive in Europe (as the Motorola FIRE) and the rest of Asia later this summer.
