The AIM-listed company posted its highest half-year revenues of £14.4m, up over 9 per cent on constant currency.
Nick Bolton, chief executive, hailed the record results for the Oxford-based business "despite the recent challenging economic environment".
As well as motion capture of actors for film, its standout Vicon business provides technology used by sportsmen for video games and team analysis as well as to help children with cerebral palsy and rehab patients.
2d3 is the company's aerial imaging and defence business, while Yotta focuses on highways and property surveying.
