Since its foundation, in 1871, the second business school to be created in France, ESC Rouen has had a clear mission: “To train business leaders or directors of overseas agencies, consular agents capable of representing France in a suitable manner in its international trade relations." The Rouen Business School’s ambition is to be counted among the top European management schools.

Rouen was of old the capital of the Duchy of Normandy, the birthplace of Corneille, Flaubert and Fontenelle, deeply marked by the memory of Joan of Arc, so it is a city where history awaits you at every turn.

Vital statistics: More than 3,000 students and professionals. Among the programs offered by Rouen Business School we can find the International MBA full-time in English, 6 Specialized Masters (taught in French), 3 MSc. Taught in English, and 2 executive education programs.

Added value: The International MBA has obtained in 2009 the AMBA accreditation, only five years after its creation. With Equis it is the second accreditation obtained by Rouen Business School. The AACSB accreditation is in process.

Easy to get into? The school looks for top-level applicants. For the MBA, you'll need at least three years of business experience, a minimum GMAT score of 550 and, of course, fluent English.

International connections: 20 per cent of the students are international students from 55 different nationalities. 15 per cent of the internships carried out by the students of the Rouen Business School are in foreign countries 165 academic partners around the world, each year, welcome more than 400 students from the Rouen Business School 30 per cent of the permanent teaching staff from outside France.

Student profile: Classes are really multicultural since our students come from 14 different countries (class 2009). The average age is 30 and the work experience around 6 years.
