Address: The college moved to Compton Road, Islington in March 2009, two minutes walk from Highbury and Islington Tube station.
Ambience: Multicultural as many of the students have travelled across the world to study here. The college prides itself on expanding both geographically and academically and the focus is on qualifications that will be useful to students across the globe.

What you need to know
Easy to get into? It is if you're from overseas.
Vital statistics: Offers undergraduate and postgraduate diplomas in IT, business and computer sciences. Also offers courses in English language and corporate training.
Added value: Couldn't be easier if you're applying from overseas. The college prides itself on its overseas admissions offices across the globe, from Ecuador to Hong Kong, Nepal to Nigeria and Cyprus to Saudi Arabia.
Teaching: British Accreditation Council (an inspectorate for independent schools) has given its seal of approval and is also accredited by ASI, British Council and UCAS. It is also a registered centre of the London Centre of Marketing, the Confederation of Tourism - Hotel - Catering Management, the Royal Institute of Public Health and the Institute of Administrative Management.
Any accommodation? The college can arrange accommodation for international students at various places around London but offers none of its own.
Cheap to live there? Islington is towards the pricey end of things so expect to pay upwards of £110 per week for a room in a shared flat.
Transport links: Round the corner from Highbury & Islington tube station and within walking distance of Angel. King's Cross and St Pancras Stations are a short bus ride away, giving students a gateway to the UK and Europe via Eurostar.
Fees: Between £3,500 and £4,900 for students, a bargain compared to other institutes in the capital.
Bursaries: 30 per cent discount on tuition fees for students from the local area.
The fun stuff
Nightlife: North London is great for a range of live music and international cuisine as well as offering plenty of clubs and bars.
Sporting facilities: None of its own but there's a gym a short walk away.
Glittering alumni: None as yet but give it time.
