Your support makes all the difference.Australia, the world champions, ran in 11 tries as they crushed Western Samoa by a record score of 73-3 at the Sydney Football Stadium yesterday. The centre Jason Little and the winger Damien Smith each scored two tries, while the winger David Campese scored one and set up several others. The score was Australia's highest in a Test, surpassing their 67-9 win over the United States in Brisbane in 1990. The Wallabies were in explosive form against the Samoans, who had won all four of their warm-up games. The Australian forwards were rampant and set the platform for some exciting running and handling by their backs. 'We were awesome,' said the Australian captain, Phil Kearns. 'I know the Western Samoans have thrilled the crowds in their previous games with the way they have thrown the ball around. I'm glad we didn't allow them to do that tonight.'
