Michael Brooks and Barclay Howard of Scotland led the way as Great Britain and Ireland beat Europe 16-8 to win the St Andrews Trophy for the 19th time in 21 matches at Woodhall Spa yesterday. The Johnnie Walker PGA Cup match between the club professionals of Great Britain and Ireland and the USA finished tied for the second day in succession yesterday so ensuring a thrilling finale across the Monarch's course in Gleneagles today.
