The Philadelphia Phillies finally got their man after a winter of chasing him, signing Bryce Harper to a 13-year, $330 million deal.

With a no-trade clause, no opt-outs and a fully guaranteed salary for a decade to come, Harper is now one of the best-paid sportsmen on the planet.

But who are his peers? Who earns more than Philadelphia’s newest favourite son and who is just shy of Harper’s bumper pay packet?
