Roger Federer will continue his bid for an eighth Wimbledon title against Germany's Mischa Zverev while Novak Djokovic will hope to continue his quest for another Grand Slam when he faces Ernests Gulbis of Latvia.
Last year's runner-up Milos Raonic is also in action while Dominic Thiem and Grigor Dimitrov will also be on court.
On the women's side top seed Angelique Kerber faces Shelby Rogers while Agnieszka Radwanksa opens up proceedings on Centre.
