Golf enthusiasts have until 31 January to make a substantial saving on a season ticket for the Open Championship at Royal St George's, Sandwich, Kent from 15 to 18 July. Until the end of the month, a season ticket for the week (Monday to Sunday) costs pounds 60, a saving of pounds 50 on the daily admission rates. Up to 30 April, the season ticket will cost pounds 70 and from 1 May, pounds 80. The first practice day on Sunday 11 July is free; admission to the practice days from Monday to Wednesday is pounds 10 per day, while the Open costs pounds 20 per day.
