After all that has been said and written about loutish behaviour of some of the stars, we have to witness rudeness afforded to a brilliant player who behaves with the utmost politeness. It was unacceptable from a host audience. I have written to Sampras in the hope that he does not have the opinion that all English tennis fans are potential hooligans.
