KELVIN SKERRETT, the Wigan prop who fractured his jaw in Sunday's Premiership final, yesterday had an operation and will miss next week's World Club Challenge with the holders, Brisbane Broncos, in Australia.

JOHN DORAHY, sacked by Wigan, has settled his dispute with the club. A joint statement said: 'John Dorahy and Wigan RLFC are happy to announce that their contractual dispute has been settled amicably.'
