Your support makes all the difference.BRISTOL CITY were yesterday fined pounds 40,000 by the FA for breaking Football Trust rules in applying for ground improvement grants. Leslie Kew, the City chairman and an FA councillor, was banned from football for nine months and ordered to pay pounds 2,000 in costs. Of the fine, pounds 30,000 is suspended for two years and the club eventually may have to hand over just pounds 10,000. City were also ordered to pay pounds 8,000 costs.
