RANGERS have had their fine of pounds 6,900, imposed for unruly behaviour by their fans at the Champions' League match in Bruges on 3 March, halved by Uefa. The ruling body's appeals board accepted Rangers' plea that they had taken measures to prevent incidents involving their fans.
