ALLAN SIMONSEN, the 41-year-old former Charlton Athletic, Barcelona and Danish international forward, is the new coach of the Faroe Isles. He has signed a part-time contract until 1995 November, and will continue in his current job as the coach of the Danish club, Vejle. He replaces Pall Gudlaugsson, who resigned last year.
