England won by 15 runs. Sri Lanka 78 for 4 (S Jayasuriya 29, A de Silva 23; I Healy 2 for 18); Australia 60 for 3 (M Waugh 17, T Dodemaide 16no, M Hayden 14no; A Ranatunga 1-5, R Kalpage 1-11). Sri Lanka won by 18 runs.
