THE American Civil Liberties Union has gone into legal battle on behalf of a 16- year-old Seattle girl who hopes to become an Olympic boxer. A lawsuit has been filed against the United States Amateur Boxing Association, claiming that Jennifer McCleery, who trains under the name Dallas Malloy, is being prevented from boxing in violation of state anti-discrimination laws.
