Scott Johnson: Scotland can improve

Scotland might have run in four tries for the first time in a decade in the Six Nations' Championship yesterday, but the post-match message from the interim head coach, Scott Johnson, was: must do better.

"Sometimes the scoreboard hides ills," the Australian said. "There were times we let ourselves down. We could have scored more points. The good thing is we're in the championship now. Our destiny is in our own hands. If we get our part right, we can put sides away, because we've got a potent back three."

Johnson praised the impact of flame-haired flanker Rob Harley. "He did some really good things," the head coach acknowledged.
