Alex Goode celebrates with his Saracens team-mates after scoring the crucial third try
Full-time: Brad Barritt launches the Aviva Premiership high into the air as Saracens break into celebration, with all the fireworks and champagne acustomed to such a great achievement. Are they the best team in the world? It's hard to argue against them, and they can now call themselves three-time Premiership champions as well as the kings of Europe.
Credit must go to Exeter too, as they were nothing short of brilliant in the second half and made a proper game of it. Reducing the lead to just three points made the closing minutes a real contest, only for Goode to decide the match with a crucial try.
Full-time: That's all from us for today's Premiership final, although it's just the start of our live sporting coverage today as he have the Championship play-off final unfolding as we speak as well as the Champions League final later this eveing.
Congratulations to Saracens for proving they are simply a cut above the rest of England - and indeed Europe - this season. Thanks for joining me, and don't miss our live coverage tomorrow of England vs Wales as the summer programme clicks into gear.
See you then.,
