England have handed Mike Catt a start at inside centre in Sunday's World Cup semi-final with France. The Bath midfielder transformed the team in the quarter-final against Wales last weekend after being introduced at half-time. Trevor Woodman, the Gloucester prop, is at loosehead prop, with Jason Leonard back on the bench. Josh Lewsey returns at full-back and Richard Hill is back in the back row
