England A commitments have forced the South-West to make six changes for Saturday's game against Western Samoa. Gloucester's Dave Sims returns to the second row, Wasps hooker Kevin Dunn is called up, David Hinkins of Bristol is at tighthead prop and club-mate Joel Pearson at openside flanker. Richard Dix of Harlequins is at fly-half with Exeter's Andrew Turner in the centre.
