"It's quite painful but we are hoping that it's not too serious," Eric Hughes, the Wigan coach, said.

Andy Cheetham scored two of Huddersfield's nine tries in a 46-16 success over Whitehaven while Chico Jackson touched down twice in Hull's 36-0 win against Swinton.
