A spokeswoman for Henry Cecil, the filly's trainer, said yesterday: "Prince Fahd Salman has told us that as long as Ramruma is well, she will run in the St Leger."
On Wednesday, Ramruma added the Yorkshire Oaks to her victories in the Oaks at Epsom and the Irish Oaks at the Curragh. After the York race, Prince Fahd confirmed that the filly would stay in training as a four- year-old next year but added that he had not made up his mind whether to run her in the St Leger or the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.
However, Cecil suggested that he would prefer Doncaster to Longchamp for the filly, who is unbeaten in five races this season. He said: "She's been on the go since March. I can probably hold on to her until September but I'm not so sure about October."
John Lovelock, who picked up over pounds 172,000 at the weekend for his pounds 2 stake when he became the first winner of the Tote's new scoop6 bet, will collect a further pounds 200,000 if he is able to select the winner of the Sunley Stakes at Sandown tomorrow.
The 4.10 race at the Surrey track has been selected by the Tote as the one in which he must find the winner if he is to collect the bonus dividend.
Any punter who picks all six winners in their wager gets a chance to boost their winnings if able to select the winner in the following Saturday's `bonus' race. There were 26 entries for Saturday's race at the five-day stage.
