Racing: Bradley looks beyond Betrutti
Your support helps us to tell the story
From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

The jockey and bloodstock agent, who rode in Ireland at the weekend before flying to Rome to see one of his purchases, Eton, finish seventh in a Group Two race, has said he will call it a day after riding a winner.
But when asked if the ride on Senor El Betrutti could be his last, he said from Rome yesterday: "Well I don't know. I will see how I feel as I pass that winning post."
Bradley appears likely to be in action at Cheltenham at the weekend. His agent Dave Roberts explained: "He will ride Alpine Gale in the novices' chase on Friday if it runs.
"When you are working off the five-days entries you just can't say that is the end, because if he got beat tomorrow, he will still want other rides".
n Anthony Beech swooped to win the Channel 4-Cartier Apprentices' title on the final day of the Turf Flat season at Doncaster on Saturday. Beech won the November Handicap on Flossy to earn enough points to overtake Paul Doe and pick up the prize of Cartier cufflinks.
