Chelsea have made a bid for Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.

After much speculation and talk - there is now an offer on the table.

The Blues had reportedly offered £10m plus an option to take either Spain midfielder Juan Mata or Brazil defender David Luiz to Old Trafford - althought that has been denied by Chelsea.

It is understood that whatever offer Chelsea made has been dismissed out of hand by the Premier League champions - but what do you think they should do?
