Merlene Ottey, Jamaica's dual 200 metres world champion, has withdrawn from the Grand Prix final in Monte Carlo on Saturday.
Ottey pulled a thigh muscle in the Berlin meeting last Friday and needs at least three more weeks to recuperate.
