Women's cycling
Lizzie Armitstead took home Britain's first medal of the Games, winning silver.
Women's 400m freestyle
Rebecca Adlington couldn't defend her title, but finished third in lane eight to secure a bronze medal.
Gymnastics
Lewis Smith recorded the best score of the Saturday on the pommel horse. Kristian Thomas reached the final of the vault. Both men's and women's teams have made it to the finals. Beth Tweddle topped qualifying in the uneven bars.
Rowing
In the women's, Sophie Hosking and Kat Copeland reached women's lightweight double sculls semi final, plus the pair of Helen Glover and Heather Stanning created a new Olympic record in their heats. In the men's, Zac Purchase and Mark Hunter progressed to the semi-final of the lightweight double sculls, winning heat two, and the quadruple scull team of Charles Cousins , Stephen Rowbotham, Tom Solesbury and Matthew Wells also qualified for the semi-finals.
Women's 100m backstroke
Gemma Spofforth was third in the semi-final and will compete in tonight's final.
Sailing
Ben Ainslie, finished second in the first men's Finn race, Ainslie has won the event in the last two Olympics.
Men's canoe slalom
David Florence qualified for the finals day of the men's single C1. In the kayak single, Richard Hounslow, reached Wednesday's semi-finals.
Women's football
Hope Powell's side cruised into Friday's quarter-finals after beating Cameroon 3-0.
Men's table tennis
Paul Drinkhall progressed to the third round.
Men's boxing
Middleweight Anthony Ogogo and welterweight Fred Evans got off to a winning starts,and both moved into the last 16.
Men's 100m backstroke
Liam Tancock third in the semi-finals, and in tonight's final.
Equestrian
The event team are currently third in the bronze medal position, behind Australia and Germany. Mary King has made an impressive start in the dressage.
Tennis singles
Andy Murray and Elena Baltatcha through to the second round. Anne Keothavong lost to Caroline Wozniaki.
Women's beach volleyball
The pair of Shauna Mullin and Zara Dampney fought back to defeat Canada in their opening match.
Judo
Colin Oates reached the quarter-final, but lost to Lasha Shavdatuashvili of Georgia. He also lost his repechage contest.
Badminton
Chris Adcock and Imogen Bankier eliminated by German pair.
Women's diving
Alicia Blagg and Rebecca Gallantree finished seventh in the syncronised 3m springboard final.
Men's fencing
James Honeybone was knocked out by Valery Pryiemka of Belarus in the individual sabre.
Other women's swimming
Despite pre-tournament optimism, Hannah Miley finished fifth in the individual medley final. Ellen Gandy finished eighth in the 100m butterfly final.
Tennis doubles
First round exits for the men's and women's teams.
Archery
Both the men's and women's teams have been knocked out.
Men's cycling
Mark Cavendish could only finish 29th in road race.
