Jose Manuel Moreno collected Spain's first gold medal of the Games last night when won men's one-kilometre time trial. Moreno finished in a time of 1min 03.342sec to beat Australia's Shane Kelly by almost a second. Erin Hartwell, of the United States, took the bronze medal.
