The Tottenham striker Gerard McMahon has been given a trial with the Italian Serie A club, Udinese. The Northern Ireland international, who has also had a trial with the German side VfB Stuttgart, has been urged to seek regular first-team football by the Northern Ireland manager Bryan Hamilton.
