Your support makes all the difference.The BBC have announced that Suzi Perry will be the new face of their Formula One coverage following Jake Humphrey's defection to BT Vision.
The 42-year-old has presented the BBC's MotoGP coverage for 10 years, as well as reporting on other sports and has been the presenter of the Gadget Show on Channel 5 since 2003.
"Motorsport is my life and I've really missed being away from the grid," Perry told BBC Sport.
"I am so excited to be joining the BBC. Working alongside such an eminent team and the F1 world is a huge honour and I can't wait to get started."
The announcement coincides with news that the BBC will not be airing the Monaco Grand Prix next season - perhaps the stand out race of the F1 calender.
The BBC's coverage of F1 next season will feature just 10 live races - with Sky having bought the rights to host all 20.
Among the 10 races that will feature on the terrestrial channel will be the British, Belgian, Italian and Brazilian Grands Prix. However, the announcement that Monaco is not among those being shown will be a source of frustration for motorsport fans without a subscription to Sky.
