Red Bull Racing owner Dietrich Mateschitz has pledged to pay bonuses to every single member of his "dream team", including the cleaners.

The Austrian energy drinks billionaire has admitted to being "very nervous" in watching Sunday's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix before Sebastian Vettel clinched the drivers' title. "It will take some time until I understand it properly," Mateschitz said.

Confirming bonuses would be paid, Mateschitz said: "Championship bonuses are in every contract. I guess we can afford this." Asked if it included the receptionist and cleaning staff, he replied: "In every contract."
