Josh Brookes prepared for the British Superbike Championship end-of-season run-in in perfect fashion by winning Race Two at Cadwell Park yesterday.

Brookes, riding an HM Plant Honda, jumped into the lead off the start but was overtaken by Race One winner Tommy Hill and team-mate Ryuichi Kiyonari. Brookes overhauled both to win by 0.2sec from Hill getty
