England won the Cricket World Cup after beating New Zealand in a thriller at Lord’s.
Eoin Morgan’s men survived the drama of a super over after New Zealand's 241-8 was matched by England with Mark Wood run out from the final ball of the innings. Ben Stokes, who scored 84 in the chase, then returned alongside Jos Buttler to hit 15 from six balls before Martin Guptill was run out in dramatic fashion handing the tournament hosts the win.
Here's how one of the most dramatic matches in history played out:

8.0 - Eng 34-1, Root 1, Bairstow 14, Henry 1-13 (4.0)
Late swing from Henry bamboozles Jonny Bairstow who drives and misses the ball. It's a fascinating battle between bat and ball at the minute.
8.2 - Eng 35-1, Root 2, Bairstow 14, Boult 0-22 (4.2)
Root has been dismissed by left-armers on a few occasions recently. Boult lines him up but Root knocks it to cover for one run. Bairstow leaves the ball as Boult angles it across him.
9.0 - Eng 39-1, Root 2, Bairstow 18, Boult 0-26 (5.0)
Short ball from Boult is dispatched by Bairstow to the square leg boundary. Good patience shown by Jonny Bairstow to pick out the bad ball in an otherwise tight over.
Come on Stephen, you know the drill, stay in your seat and don't jinx it now!
10.0 - Eng 39-1, Root 2, Bairstow 18, Henry 1-13 (5.0)
Joe Root plays out a maiden from Matt Henry. New Zealand are keeping their standards very high.
England are six runs in front of New Zealand at the same stage.
Colin de Grandhomme is coming on, he's replacing Trent Boult.
10.2 - Eng 39-1, Root 2, Bairstow 18, de Grandhomme 0-0 (0.2)
de Grandhomme gets one to stick in the pitch and Bairstow chips a drive to mid-off but it doesn't reach the fielder before bouncing.
de Grandhomme's slower, wobbling deliveries could be hard to negotiate for England.
DROPPED!
Bairstow plays a drive back to de Grnadhomme and he spills it!
11.0 - Eng 39-1, Root 2, Bairstow 18, de Grandhomme 0-0 (1.0)
de Grandhomme bowls a maiden but he's shelled a regulation caught and bowled and given a life to Jonny Bairstow. Will New Zealand rue that chance?
11.4 - Eng 39-1, Root 2, Bairstow 18, Henry 1-13 (5.4)
More movement for Henry, more dot balls. 16 balls now since England scored a run.
