Your support makes all the difference.ISCA fought back from going down to a goal from Mustafa Yildirim in the 13th minute with second-half goals from the Skinner brothers, Rob and Graham, to beat Redbridge and Ilford 2-1 in an exciting fourth-round game of the Royal Bank of Scotland HA Cup and now entertain Teddington next Sunday in the fifth round.
Redbridge, the current leaders in the Norwich Union East Premier, were not overawed by their National League opponents and with six teenage Asians in the side played some very attractive hockey. A harsh penalty-corner decision gave Isca the equaliser midway through the second half with the winning goal coming eight minutes from time following a six-man Isca assault through the middle of the tiring Redbridge defence.
There was a glut of goals in Saturday's PizzaExpress National League programme with Rob Thompson's hat-trick leading the way in Hounslow's 7-0 win against St Albans to retain top place. Southgate, equal on points, were 5-0 winners at Welton, with Rupert Welch and Bill Waugh each scoring twice while the champions, Havant, moved into third place following their 2-1 win at East Grinstead.
In the Second Division Paddy Osborn was again on target for Reading in their 1-0 win at Old Kingstonians to maintain their lead of five points. Indian Gymkhana, in spite of being reduced to eight men for a period following temporary suspensions, beat Brooklands 2-1 to stay in second place.
Ipswich, with a 47th-minute goal from their captain Debbie Rawlinson, were 1-0 winners at Clifton to retain their No 1 spot at the top of the First Division of the Women's National League. As Hightown went down 1-0 against Leicester Balsam, Sarah Naylor scoring in the 41st minute, Slough, 6-1 winners against Wimblebon, took the opportunity to move into second place. Alison Burrows's goal, two minutes from time, gave Trojans a 1-0 win at Yate to stay on top of the Second Division.
