Cameron Tringale isn't the biggest name in golf, but his caddie might just be the biggest hipster in the sport.

The American golfer went round one-under par yesterday and matched that again today to place himself in the middle of the field, largely unnoticed.

However, thanks to the man carrying his clubs around the Old Course at St Andrews, viewers of The Open perked up during the brief moments the 27-year-old from California appeared on TV.

That's because Tringale's caddie has an incredibly impressive moustache.

The facial hair was described on Twitter as the "best in golf", a "work of art" and "weird".
