The 31-year-old has been a regular fixture on the European Tour since winning his first title at the 2003 Russian Open, but admitted he was on the verge of walking away from the game before a prosperous 2009 season.
At Pinx Golf Club in Jeju, South Korea, Fraser returned to the winners circle, a three-under-par 69 securing victory over Northern Ireland's Gareth Maybin and compatriot Brett Rumford at the weather-affected 54-hole event.
"I have had a lot of chances over the last six or seven years to win and I haven't taken them and a lot of doubt creeps into your mind," Fraser said.
