The Rock returned to the WWE yet again last night, showing up at the 2015 Royal Rumble in Philadelphia to beat down Kane and The Big Show and secure a win for Roman Reigns.

WWE clearly wanted it to be known that The Rock was going to make an appearance ahead of the event, thanks to this tweet:

It remains to be seen whether The Rock will be appearing in the ring in the coming weeks, if he will take on a mentor type role or just return to laying the smackdown at the box office.

Other former WWE wrestlers made a return last night, including Bubba Ray Dudley and Diamond Dallas Page.
