Your support makes all the difference.The Great Britain forward Jon Wilkin has been cleared to play for St Helens in their Super League Grand Final rematch with Leeds at Knowsley Road tomorrow night. The back-rower was found guilty of a trip during his side's 28-26 defeat by Huddersfield on Monday but escaped a ban and was instead fined £300.
The Huddersfield scrum-half Luke Robinson was similarly freed up for the Giants' match at Hull KR on Sunday when he was fined £300 for a trip in the same game. The Hull KR utility player Stanley Gene will sit out that game and also his side's visit to Harlequins on 5 April after being handed a two-match ban for a high tackle in Rovers' 18-12 defeat at Wigan on Monday.
The Bradford hooker Terry Newton was also handed a two-match ban after being found guilty of striking during his side's 44-2 defeat at Leeds last Thursday. Newton, who was put on report for the illegal challenge on the Rhinos hooker Matt Diskin, will miss the Bulls' home game against Castleford on Sunday and the trip to Hull.
The Hull prop Paul King was fined £300 for a high tackle at Hull KR, while the Harlequins prop Danny Ward will miss the trip to Warrington on Saturday after being handed a one-match ban for a high tackle in Monday's defeat at Bradford.
Warrington will be without the loose forward Louis Anderson for Saturday's game against Harlequins after he was handed a one-match ban and a £300 fine after being found guilty of striking during last Friday's win over Huddersfield. Wigan centre Darrell Goulding was fined £300 after being found guilty of a trip against Hull KR.
