Penny, who injured his calf in February, goes straight back into the side, with Graham Appo reverting to the wing. "It has been extremely frustrating watching, especially since we have not won at home yet," said Penny, who needs just two tries for a career century.
The Wolves also have the second-rower Mike Wainwright and the centre Ian Sibbit back from injury but they are without the hooker Mark Gleeson in addition to long-term casualties, Ben Westwood (broken leg) and Sid Domic (thumb).
